Industrial design

The industrial design is the obvious outer look of a product or part of it, determined of the characteristics of the shape, lines, purity of line, ornaments, color composition or combination of them.

Product is every article obtained via industrial or artisan’s way, including parts, indicated for assembly in the composition article, set or a composition of articles, package, graphical symbols and printing fonts.

The design is registered only if it is new and original.

The scope of the legal protection of the registration of the design is ten years of the date of submission of the application and may be renewed for three consecutive periods of five years.

The registration of the design has territorial activity.
